Overview

Administer and oversee the Arcade department while ensuring guests are offered a warm and courteous attitude while enjoying a clean, safe, and fun environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Assisting customers on various arcade machines.


* Plan and prepare work assignments of employees to specific duties including scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll preparation, and other administrative duties surrounding the department.


* Ensure adequate availability of products for each shift.


* Ensure all employees are properly trained and counsel when needed.


* Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.


* Monitor arcade staffing to ensure all departments are adequately staffed and provide support to team members during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise


* Ensure that the Arcade and Redemption areas are always clean and organized.


* Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.


* Resolve complex customer complaints.


* Perform all shift duties as required by the General Manager.


* Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet store needs.
