Duties and responsibilities may include: This role will be at the forefront of driving technological innovation, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and collaborating closely with business partners to enhance operational efficiency and end user experience.Partners with business stakeholders, and/or customers, end users, and business analyst to ensure optimal performance of Bank business technology and systems.Collaborates with Bank business teams and stakeholders to understand and manage operational workflows and identify areas for automation within Bank's core operating systems.Configures, builds, and implements automation solutions to improve overall productivity using various tools such as workflow, RPA and data integration.Engages software developer when there is API integration or coding required.Ensure seamless integration of workflow, data, and RPA tools with existing systems and applications (e.g., Jack Henry core workflows).Leads the implementation of new technologies or changes to existing technologies to optimize banking operations and oversees the implementation of required hardware and software components for approved applications.Collaborates with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of technology solutions.Supports the integration of technology solutions and automations with existing systems including creating or updating data flows and technical documentation, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruptions.Provides technical support to business stakeholders and support teams, addressing issues and optimizing technology usage.Works closely with business partners to understand their technology needs and challenges and provides technical support in the evaluation of new and current ap...
