What You'll Do: As an Account Manager, your essential duties and responsibilities include: Lead the Charge: Be the primary point of contact for our key clients, keeping a pulse on their needs and promotion aspirations.Communicate & Collaborate: Translate our array of services to clients while ensuring our internal teams are aligned for success.Create Impactful Presentations: Play a pivotal role in crafting engaging client presentations and leading meetings that drive results.Inspire and Support: Coach and mentor Account Coordinators, fostering a motivating atmosphere where everyone can shine!Excel at Execution: Oversee the seamless internal execution of promotions, resolving questions and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.Train the Team: Engage in both in-person and remote training to build a fluent understanding of our processes and systems.Be Proactive: Monitor budgets, track program results, and dive into analysis to provide insightful feedback for future success.

What You Bring to the Table: We're looking for go-getters who are ready to bring their A-game!
