Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for working with various business groups to effectively communicate requirements and work towards value-added solutions.

The Business Intelligence Analyst II must be able to communicate effectively with business owners, users, and other professionals.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of project management concepts, company products and services, and have the skills to execute the activities necessary to reach the project objectives.

This role will serve as organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem solver.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

Key Responsibilities


* Collaborate cross-functionality with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documents, address project requirements, issues and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, system enhancements, resolution for customer requests.
 


* Conduct analysis that identifies current business process, system inadequacies, departmental or user issues, business performance measures, revenue and marketplace analytics, or competitor analysis.
 


* Present ideas for process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, while leveraging best practices and professional experiences.
 


* Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and various business units within Vitu.
 


* Communicate with leadership on impacts to changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team.
 


* Ensure appropriate project or user documentation is produced/used.
 


* Manage individual workload and assist with defining and prioritizing tasks.
 


* Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects.
 


* Ensures all analytical processes adhere to established business/department standards and protocols.
 


* Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
