Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Lead, Cloud Operations to supporting, refining and advancing our cloud services.

Our efforts are centred around three main pillars: operational efficiency, collaboration, and cost optimization with special focus on containerization, automation, Infrastructure as Code evolution and standardization of the workload.

The main mission will be to operate, maintain, support and improve the AWS and IOM services in the cloud, acting as full stack infrastructure integrator among the different layers of IT

What will you do?



* Understand our cloud infrastructure and relationship with other IT layers



* Ensure high level of security of our IT systems



* Support Business for cloud infrastructure projects and demands



* Maintain, operate and manage the IT infrastructures in the cloud



* Manage IaC pipelines for Cloud services creation and standardization



* Support and upgrade EKS clusters



* Improve our cloud operations with automation, simplification and continual improvement proposals



* Collaborate with application, SecOps, connectivity and other internal and external teams to ensure high level of quality in all infra cloud services

The key responsibilities include:



* Daily service follow-up, ensuring operations are performed with high quality level



* Resolve incidents in our scope and collaborate in the resolution with other teams



* Accountable for critical incidents P1/P2 management



* Reduce number of incidents and their duration in cloud



* Deliver users demands and service requests



* Understand our critical applications and the key technical components of each one



* Improve time to market for new requests, changes and evolutions



* Use and promote our standards



* Act actively to improve the security day to day



* Manage Obsolescence remediation: keep cloud infrastructure up-to-date
