Manager - STC

Role/Function : Faculty at Switchgear Training Centre, Vadodara

SBU & Location : ESP, Vadodara

Educational Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

Experince range - 2- 5 years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables

1.

To conduct various technical programs as faculty on Electrical subjects related to LV & MV switchgear, Selection, Maintenance.

Other related subjects conducted by STCs for internal & external participants.

2.

To develop new training programs, create new training modules, improvise the course contents of existing training programs, presentation, demonstrations & hands-on sessions as & when required.

3.

Handling the workshop sessions for product demonstrations, hands-on sessions during different programs etc.

Maintain workshop with all required material and tools and tackles required.

4.

To improve customer nominations for different training programs planned by STCs.

5.

To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.).

6.

Coordinate with program participants for program schedule, their nominations, registration, fee payments, Customer feedback, certificate etc
