Drive Health and Care Forward! CarePro Home Infusion--Cedar Rapids has an immediate opening for a part-time Packing, Shipping & Delivery Assistant to join our team! In this essential support role, you'll help pack and ship medications and medical supplies, deliver them safely to patients using a company vehicle, and assist with the cleaning and basic testing of reusable medical equipment.

Your work helps ensure patients receive the care they needaccurately, safely, and on time.

This part-time opportunity is scheduled for 1 pm to 5 pm Monday thru Friday (approx.

20 hours per week).

What Youll Do: Deliver medical equipment, supplies, and medications to patient homes following a scheduled routeAssemble and pack coolers for shipment and prepare packages for UPS or FedExLoad, unload, inspect, and operate a company vehicle in a safe and professional mannerMaintain delivery logs, obtain delivery signatures, and submit tickets and documentation promptlyReport any delivery issues, discrepancies, or patient concerns to appropriate staffAssist with cleaning, disinfecting, and performing functional checks on returned equipment and coolersSupport functional testing of infusion pumpsTrack and maintain basic vehicle upkeep and maintenance recordsFollow all safety, privacy, and compliance guidelines, including HIPAAAdhere to all Company policies and procedures regarding safety, security and patient confidentialityMaintain regular attendance and punctuality according to assigned schedule What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Must possess valid driver's license and clean driving recordProven working experience as a delivery driverAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Ability to read maps and/or use available resources to locate delivery addressesProfessionalism, punctuality, and respect for patient confidentialityStrong attention to detail and time management Post offer, pre-employment background checks, reference checks, drug screen and physical agility test and TB test required.
