Are you passionate about helping older adults live life to the fullest? We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll create meaningful experiences, plan engaging programs and outings, build lasting relationships with residents, and help make our community a place where people truly feel at home.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in senior living-such as an Activities Assistant, Resident Assistant, CNA, or Life Enrichment professional -who is ready to grow into a leadership role.
Bus driving experience is a plus, but not required.

A minimum of 1 year of direct experience with adults, coordinating, planning, and executing programs is required.
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community

Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with use of independent judgment and discretion.
Solves problems using clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.
