Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Technology Solutions Systems Engineer in Columbus, Indiana.

The Technology Solutions Systems Engineer is responsible for Tier III + support for TS infrastructure issues that arise.

This position serves as the technical leader in the design, purchase, implementation, maintenance, and improvements of new and existing technologies.  This position monitors and supports all security related to the TS infrastructure while practicing the policy of least privileged with zero trust architecture.

* Administers, maintains, and enhances core enterprise infrastructure, including core banking systems, Windows servers, VMware environments, storage (SAN), network components, database systems, backup platforms, and enterprise communication systems.


* Managing the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure systems, including patching, updates, performance optimization, and system reliability improvements across servers, network, and security platforms.


* Implements, monitors system performance, and resolves infrastructure issues with strong ownership, addressing incidents that impact business operations, system availability, and the Member experience.
