The job details are as follows:
The Community Manager is an expert community practitioner who enables OCLC member communities to connect, contribute, and lead.

This role is responsible for the operational excellence and strategic health of OCLC's member-facing community spaces, ensuring that libraries and library professionals can engage meaningfully with each other and with OCLC across a range of channels, platforms, and programming.
The Community Manager works cross-functionally and collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Member Engagement, Support, and other teams to coordinate communication, gather and surface member feedback, and deliver programming that helps libraries maximize the value of OCLC solutions.
