Branch Manager 1

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development · Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance, service, and growth goals.

· Conduct monthly coaching sessions and team meetings, along with annual performance reviews.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and member-focused service.

· Support recruitment, training, and succession planning efforts.

· Foster a culture of fraud awareness through employee training, adherence to fraud prevention procedures, timely escalation of suspicious activity, and member education initiatives.

· Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technology to improve productivity, employee development, member service, and operational effectiveness while adhering to data security and compliance requirements.

Member Service, Sales, and Business Development · Ensure exceptional member service and relationship-building activities.

· Coach employees in identifying member needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.

· Drive branch growth through lending, deposit, membership, and referral initiatives.

· Serve as the escalation point for complex member concerns.

· Represent the credit union through networking, business development, financial education, and community engagement activities.

Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management · Oversee daily branch operations, security, cash management, and operational controls.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

· Maintain satisfactory audit results and promptly resolve operational or compliance concerns.

· Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve established goals.

· Perform teller and platform duties as needed.

· Ability to open and close the branch as needed.

· Full-time position requiring availability during branch operating hours, including Saturdays as needed.

Occasional travel may be required for training, community events, networking activities, or support of other branch locations.
