Base rate is $20.66- $21.16 plus $3.00 shift premium.

1.

Ensure efficient and accurate execution of front-line teller operations, including transaction processing and new account services.

2.

Proactively identifying members needs and successfully cross-sell products and services that support their financial well-being.

3.

Accurately prepare and open new accounts and subaccounts, ensuring all required documentation is collected and members are onboard with appropriate products.

4.

Process account and loan applications in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements, including all necessary verifications.

5.

Assist members with a wide range of account-related requests, including ownership changes, account updates, and service enrollments.

6.

Perform basic loan functions, including entering loan applications and discussing general rate and term information.

7.

Support the balancing, posting, troubleshooting, and auditing of ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), and cash recyclers.

8.

Independently locate and utilize available resources to resolve common member issues effectively.

9.

Refer complex or non-standard transactions to supervisory staff for further assistance.

10.

Adapt positively to organizational changes and perform additional tasks as needed or assigned.
