Roles & Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees with computer, printer, or mobile device issuesAssistwith user account setup, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processesSupport hardware deployment, software installations, and routine maintenance tasksHelp track and document IT inventory, includingTablets, laptops, and other equipmentTroubleshoot connectivity and system access issues across multiple locationsAssist with internal system support, including a custom-built ERP platform
