Talent Attraction Specialist
About the Role
Are you a dynamic, results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment? We're looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping drive strategic talent acquisition and organizational growth.
In this role, you'll act as a key partner to hiring managers and business leaders, aligning on workforce needs and delivering high-quality candidates across salaried, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
From sourcing and screening to managing the candidate experience and ensuring compliance, you'll play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and promoting the company's employment brand.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for salaried, professional, technical, and leadership positions
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
* Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless hiring process
* Facilitate pre-employment processes, including background screening and onboarding steps
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
* Promote the company's employment brand across all recruitment channels
* Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
* Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
The Essentials
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting in a corporate, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
* Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment laws, and selection practices
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
* Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
* Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
Optional but Impressive
* Experience with talent pipeline development or strategic workforce planning
* Experience with employer branding initiatives
* Familiarity with analytics tools or advanced reporting in ATS systems
* Experience recruiting for specialized or high-volume roles
