Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Shadelands Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on independence and daily living skills


* Supervise COTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team


* Participate in care planning and discharge preparation


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers


* Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Passion for resident-centered care


* Weekend availability preferred
