CORP TAX/SR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the development of Economic Development related business strategies for major capital projects.

Responsible for ensuring alignment and communication on the department's financial goals, business plans and key strategic initiatives, while ensuring compliance with all accounting and company policies/procedures.

Manage the company's tax incentive portfolio to monetize the future tax benefits for the enterprise.

Lead the New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) development program.

Evaluate and execute transactions by pursuing and securing incentives, including statutory and negotiated for the portfolio.
