Senior/Executive Underwriter, Cyber

JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is currently seeking a Senior Underwriter/Executive Underwriter for the Cyber team in Denver, CO.

Within this role the underwriter will be expected to develop and maintain a broad network of brokerage relationships, underwrite, and service existing renewals and new business, and expand distribution and new business.

Cross-marketing with other Chubb products and lines of business will be required as well.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


* Underwriting a book of Cyber related products in the Southwest Region that include Cyber and Privacy Liability and Technology Errors & Omissions


* Soliciting new and renewal submissions from brokers


* Determining terms, conditions and complex rating plans


* Representing the company at client meetings


* Documenting underwriting files


* Servicing accounts throughout the policy cycle

QUALIFICATIONS



* Bachelors degree


* Must possess an in-depth knowledge of Cyber and Privacy Liability products and concepts


* 5+ years underwriting experience within Cyber and Tech E&O is preferred


* Experience developing and maintaining a broad network of brokerage relationships, negotiation skills, business acumen and strong oral and written communication skills are essential

The pay range for the role is $98,000 to $142,000.

The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.

The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
