Division/Department/Program: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services Full-time X Part-time PRN Exempt Nonexempt X The Program Assistant for Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services provides administrative and operational support to IDD program leaders.

The program Assistant is responsible for record management, monitoring appointments and authorizations, EHR document maintenance, compliance support, and administrative functions that support daily service delivery.

The Program Assistant provides support to ensure administrative procedures and documents are organized and updated to meet agency policy, program procedure(s), and regulatory standards.

This role requires flexibility with changes in prioritized tasks to meet unscheduled audits, inspections, and new projects and/or program activities.

Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to IDD leadership and day program staff.

Monitor scheduled appointments, re-assessments, annual reviews, and required service activities.

Track service authorizations, renewal dates, approvals, and expiration dates.

Maintain authorization logs and notify staff of upcoming renewals.

Scan, upload, index, and maintain client records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Assist with record audits and preparation for inspections, audits, and licensing reviews.

Monitor attendance records and prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.

Maintain files, rosters, emergency contacts, and program documentation.

Coordinate purchase orders, supplies, and administrative processes supporting services.

Provide high quality customer service to clients, families, guardians, and providers.

Support quality assurance activities and corrective action tracking.

Conduct activities that support Health & Safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a related field.

Experience in IDD, behavioral health, or healthcare services.

Experience with EHR systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements/Competencies: Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Requires long periods of sitting/standing.

Must have valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance...
