JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Sotera Health network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable operations.

This role builds on foundational network support experience and includes increased ownership of network systems, independent troubleshooting, and active participation in infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with senior network staff while contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of network services across the enterprise.

Essential job functions:


* Provide Tier 2 support for network and telecommunications systems, troubleshooting and resolving connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.


* Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, wireless systems, firewalls, and related infrastructure components.


* Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and service disruption.


* Participate in the implementation of network upgrades, patches, and infrastructure changes in accordance with IT change management processes.
