What Your Impact Is


* Lead wetland delineations and protected species assessments for high-profile projects.


* Deliver technical reports and compliance strategies that shape infrastructure development.


* Collaborate with ERM Partners and Project Managers to provide innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.


* Influence environmental permitting and impact assessments for renewable energy and other critical sectors.

What You’ll Bring

Required


* Minnesota Wetland Professional Certification Program (Certified Wetland Professional).


* BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline (minimum 3.0 GPA) or equivalent experience.


* 3+ years (5 years strongly preferred) in environmental consulting or related field.


* Technical Skills:
+ Wetland delineation using U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements.
+ Plant identification, soil sampling, hydric soil identification, and hydrology indicators.
+ Strong data management and technical report writing skills.


* Other:
+ Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.  
+ Travel up to 50% in summer/growing season and 20% in off season
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
+ This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred


* Professional Wetland Certificate (nationwide) and Assure Delineator (Wisconsin).


* Experience with NEPA environmental assessments, permitting, and compliance documentation.
