Assistant Director of Development Divisionof Student Affairs This position islocatedonsite in College Station, Texas The Assistant Director of Development for the Divisionof Student Affairs serves as a frontline fundraising professional advancing the Texas A&M Foundations philanthropic priorities in support of Student Affairs.

This role works closely with Student Affairs leadership, university partners, donors, and Foundation colleagues to execute fundraising strategies that enhance the student experience and support the divisionsmission of fostering student success, engagement, leadership development, well-being, and belonging.

This position is basedon sitein College Station, fostering strong collaboration with campus partners while supporting donor engagement across Texas and beyond.

The Assistant Director of Developmentis responsible forcultivating,soliciting, and stewarding relationships with donors and prospects to secure philanthropic support for scholarships, student programs, initiatives, facilities, and strategic priorities within theDivisionof Student Affairs.

As the Assistant Director of Development Divisionof Student Affairs, you will serve as an ambassador of the Texas A&M Foundation and Student Affairs by aligning donor interests with institutional priorities.

In this role, you will: Develop and implement fundraising plans aligned with Student Affairs' priorities and the Foundations advancement goals.

Cultivate,solicit, and steward donors and prospects in support of student-focused programs, scholarships, leadership initiatives, wellness programs, and strategic projects.

Partner closely with Student Affairs leadership and campus stakeholders toidentifyphilanthropic opportunities and translate departmental needs into compelling cases for support.

Lead stewardship efforts to ensure donors feel valued, informed, and connected to the impact of their philanthropy.

Build and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects through ongoing engagement and personalized outreach.

Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to ensure coordinated donor strategies, data integrity, and alignment across fundraising efforts.

Represent the Texas A&M Foundation and the Divisionof Student Affairs at donor meetings, events, and campus initiatives.

Support major gift fundraising activities andassistwith the development and execution of donor engagement strategies designed to increase philanthropic support.
