ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

While this is a Test position, we are looking for someone who can facilitate regression testing development within our system to ensure we can efficiently maintain release schedules.

There are two areas, tools that are used for cyber testing, and web development testing.

They also have the authority to decide on release schedules, priorities, and timetables.

We want someone that has strong opinions on proper life cycle management for different environments and is detail oriented.

This person also has responsibility for documentation.

That being said, you can rely on the engineers to do the heavy lifting.

If you are the type of person that enjoys wearing many hats, likes working withing a team, and still enjoys stretching your engineering muscles, then this is the right position for you.

You must be comfortable with AI assisted coding and building out agentic system.

Because this role needs to work with so many different technologies AI is an invaluable tool for effectiveness

Duties may include the following:


* Take high level feature requests and make sure releases meet the 'spirit' of the requirements.


* Take the time to understand the big picture and the "why" to each feature


* Carefully consider as many edge cases as possible.

ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


* Bachelors in IT, CIS, Computer Engineering or other related field or equivalent programming experience


* Proficient in reading 2 languages between (Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, C, C++, SQL, Java)


* Excellent communication skills


* Knowledge in life cycle management


* Ability to build out regression testing suites for partial automation.


* Comfortable using AI systems to increase productivity
