About You

As our NA Procurement Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting North American procurement operations by:


* Managing purchase orders follow up to ensure customer and supplier compliance


* Working on correct purchase orders content, keeping pricing records accurate


* Working collaboratively on invoice issues or difficulties resolution


* Assisting in process improvement, procedures and policies update


* Managing Purchase Order related queries from Vendors and Internal customers


* Managing Purchase Order Cancellation and Returns


* Managing SNOW ticketing system.   

Requirements:


* Fluent English written and spoken


* Ability to work in a team, make collaborative decisions


* Confident and detail oriented


* Strong analytical and well organized


* Experience in fast-paced environment would be an asset


* Knowledge of SAP and MS applications would be a plus


* Availability to work US time zone (afternoon or night shift)
