About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Field Planner to join our team at our Pinjarra Refinery, the role is a Monday to Friday position.

Being a Maintenance field Planner at Alcoa, you will play a pivotal role within a dedicated operations centre coordinating all major maintenance activities.

From balancing current and predicted equipment condition information to efficiently scheduling and communicating within the operations.

Effective engagement with line leaders and support staff will be vital along with a high level of autonomy to collate all the relevant information you need to support you throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilites include:


* Overseeing and executing the 5-week planning process,


* Planning for routine planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities,


* Scheduling resources and coordinating activities across the various departments,


* Supporting the maintenance budgeting and cost control process, and


* Supporting continuous improvement through the standardised Reliability Excellence process

What you can bring to the role:


* Relevant industry experience within a Maintenance related role.


* Mechanical trade background or certificate in an Engineering related field would be highly desirable.


* Self-motivation and ability to use own initiative to solve problems.


* Strong attention to detail to uphold accurate maintenance records.


* Ability to pick up and learn new systems and procedures easily.


* Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.


* Computer skills, including Microsoft suite applications.
