Responsibilities



* Creación de Manuales y Procesos de facturación.


* Creación de reportes.


* Comunicación con tiendas.


* Comunicación con IT.


* Seguimiento a solicitudes de errores de facturación.


* Administración de información en portales.


* Altas de sucursales.


* Tracking de facturacion de ventas.


* Envío de correos.


* Seguimiento de actualizaciones del SAT en cuanto a cambio en los catálogos de facturación.


* Actualización de clave producto / servicio de cada SKU de venta del catálogo del SAT.

Qualifications



* Estudiante ativo de Lic en Contaduría, Administacion o afin.


* 4to Semestre en adelante.


* Inglés Intermedio.


* Excel intermedio.

Análisis de datos.


* Organización, Proactividad, Servicio al Cliente, Trabajo en equipo.
