You will provide technical leadership across industrial, life sciences, energy, food & beverage, power, and advanced manufacturing projects while partnering with executive leadership to strengthen our capabilities, expand client relationships, and build high-performing teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at both guiding a team and actively performing work.

Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000

*anticipated annual salary may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal peer equity.  The pay range listed for this position is based on the anticipated base compensation at the time of the posting. 

Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote.

Preference will be given to candidates located within 50 miles of the Eichleay Ferndale, WA or Billings, MT offices to support occasional in-person collaboration.

We also welcome qualified candidates residing in the following states where Eichleay currently operates, including California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Washington.
