Director of Project Administration
Base salary range: $140,000 - 180,000

Job Summary
This role leads to the development, governance, and implementation of project administration practices across all divisions.
Responsibilities include ownership of project-related SOPs, standard workflows, and enterprise systems such as Kahua (Project Management Software) and the Learning Management System.
The role supervises project administrators and ensures consistent and compliant execution of subcontract initiation, certified payroll, client and subcontractor pay applications, cash flow forecasting, vendor invoice coding, onboarding workflows, timesheet compliance, and initial monthly ETCs.
The position requires deep knowledge of construction project administration, training program development, and enterprise systems implementation.
This person will report to the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting.

Essential Functions
• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of project administration SOPs and standard practices.
• Supervise project administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Oversee enterprise systems supporting project administration including Kahua and the LMS.
• Ensure consistent administration of subcontract setup and documentation, pay applications, certified payroll, invoice coding, and related workflows.
• Support project teams with onboarding workflows, timesheet compliance, and initial monthly ETC preparation.
• Monitor project cash flow processes including release of subcontractor payments for pay-when-paid contracts.
• Assist divisional leadership with project and group budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver training related to systems, SOPs, and project administration best practices.
• Partner with division leaders to ensure alignment and adoption of standards across all business units.
• Other duties as assigned.
