Senior Manager, Local / Regional Product Management

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Local / Regional Product Management - Industry to lead the strategy, positioning, and growth of our Industrial Automation and Process Automation portfolio in Mexico.

In this role, you will own the portfolio roadmap, pricing strategy, market positioning, and commercialization plans while working closely with global business units, sales teams, customers, and key industry stakeholders.

You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, driving competitive differentiation, increasing market share, and supporting the successful launch and adoption of innovative solutions.
What You'll Do


* Define and execute portfolio and offer strategies for Industrial Automation solutions.


* Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and value propositions.


* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.


* Partner with global teams to influence product roadmaps and portfolio investments.


* Enable commercial teams with positioning tools, sales content, and customer presentations.


* Drive product launches, portfolio lifecycle management, and innovation initiatives.


* Lead a team of Offer Specialists and collaborate across multiple functions.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.


* 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Energy Management, or Industrial Technology.


* Experience managing a product portfolio, offer strategy, product line, or strategic marketing function.


* Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation technologies such as:
+ PLCs
+ SCADA/HMI
+ Motion & Drives
+ Industrial Control Systems
+ Industry 4.0
+ Digital Transformation


* Experience working with OEMs, System Integrators, EPCs, and End Users.


* Strong business acumen, pricing strategy, and go-to-market experience.


* Advanced English required
