Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on Bonus

The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA.

The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region.

Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences.

Summary Position

The Foster Care Services Director is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of Aspiranet's foster care and adoption services.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of foster care and adoption programs, including compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, fiscal oversight, promoting best practices in child welfare, and support the recruitment, training, and retention of staff and foster families.

Strong leadership, program management, and communications skills are essential for the success in this role.
