Pay Range: $ 110,000 - $120,000 DOE

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000per year for employees hired in the Central Valley/Bay Area.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager provides direct management with guidance and oversight from HR leadership for a broad range of functions, including employee relations, investigations and documentation and coaching and supporting people leaders, as well as working on cross functional HR projects.

This role reports to the Senior Human Resources Director.

The HR Manager partners closely with HR managers and employees to ensure consistent and effective employment practices across the agency.
