Pay Range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 per year for employees hired in California.

The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical hiring range for this executive leadership position.

Actual starting compensation will be determined based on factors including education, licensure, years of executive leadership experience, specialized knowledge, demonstrated skills and abilities, market data for the work location, and internal equity among employees in similar roles.

Aspiranet is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Behavioral Health to lead the organization's enterprise-wide behavioral health strategy and advance integrated behavioral health services across one of California's largest nonprofit human services organizations.

Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, this position serves as the organization's senior behavioral health leader and collaborates closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders to advance whole-person care, identify strategic opportunities, and strengthen system-wide outcomes.
