Direct Support Professional

Wage: $18.00/hr.

What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day.


* Assist with personal care needs as needed.


* Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being.


* Lead and participate in fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events.


* Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day.


* Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program.


* Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager.


* Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service.

What We're Looking For


* A caring, dependable, and positive attitude.


* Enjoys working with older adults.


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


* Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related field is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person!


* Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements.
