Position Highlights


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.


* Provide high-quality physical therapy services and monitor resident progress toward goals.


* Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physician teams to ensure coordinated care.


* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications


* Current and active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
