The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels.

People 


* Clearly and effectively communicate hotel goals and strategies to all levels of the hotel team.


* Oversee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the Area General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals.


* Work within the company’s Human Resource framework to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.

Duties include:
+ Planning for future staffing needs.
+ Recruiting in line with company guidelines.
+ Preparing detailed induction programmes for new staff.
+ Maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.
+ Ensuring training needs analysis of teams is carried out, and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet needs.
+ Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals - recognise good performance.  
+ Train your team to make sure they deliver with compliance, to our standards and have the tools they need to work efficiently.
