The Molding Resin Handler is responsible for handling resin material and delivering resin material throughout the Molding department.

Job Duties



* Responsible for maintaining mixed resin levels throughout department.


* Ensure that all material hoppers and grinders are thoroughly cleaned after each material change.


* Assist team members in unloading of trucks containing resin material.

Responsible for properly labeling all resin and grinders.


* Required to mix resin for designated area.


* Utilizes metering devices to calibrate concentrate usage, ensuring that all work is done in an environmentally safe manner.


* Operates hi-lo and other machinery in a safe manner.


* Able to maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.


* Responsible for communicating any issues relating to the assigned job with previous/next shift.


* Maintain compliance to company policies, work rules, and safety and housekeeping standards.

Follow ISO 14001 and TS 16949 requirements per standard.


* Other duties as assigned by area supervisor or manager.

* The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.

Requirements



* High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.


* Ventra Hi-lo license (or willing to train to obtain)


* Past manufacturing experience in Molding is preferred. 

Working Conditions



* Availability to work subject to manufacturing needs


* Manufacturing setting & environment


* Overtime availability


* Physically Demanding (i.e.

Capacity to lift weights) up to 75lbs.


* Use of PPE’s
