SUPERVISOR - 3rd Shift

* 3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.


* High school diploma or GED


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications


* 3 years of Lean Manufacturing practices.


* Strong leadership and team building skills.


* Ability to learn how to read blueprints and use measuring tools


* Ability to read and interpret production orders, safety, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals


* Must work a full-time schedule and overtime as required


* Must have problem solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work with others


* Advanced computer skills

SKILLS AND ABILITIES' - Strong interpersonal skills.

Effective communicator, coaching, and employee development skills.

Knowledge of machine setup reduction techniques and personal computer (Microsoft Office).

Ability to make "tough decisions", business literacy, organizational skills, and a personal drive to excel.Job Roles
