Acquires further qualification for a Bachelor's degree, and gathers respective working experience in different administrative fields of expertise, in the course of a respective assignment.

* Performs a structured academic training-on-the-job, in a specified administrative functional area, necessary for achieving a Bachelor's degree of a university or college.

* Performs all programs, qualifications, operations, and activities as assigned by accountable management or supervisor.

* Learns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes in the respective area.

* Supports other qualified staff in their tasks and accountabilities.
