Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivers a suite of payments services to financial institutions via FedLine® Solutions, Fedwire® Funds and Securities, the National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash®1, FedACH®, Check Services, and the FedNow® Service.

Onsite work is an essential function of this position, and you are required to be onsite according to the schedule set by your management.

Performs technical, support, requirements development, design review and testing support for day-to-day processing as well as system upgrades and new project and product initiatives.  Individuals must have a detailed understanding of business operations and workflow of all business processing platform and associated applications systems.


* Provides technical support for Business Operations and Product Development teams through consultative, technical and development expertise.


* Identifies and understands the impact of potential changes to the various business application systems with regard to workflow and throughput performance (system and technical) as needed.


* When applicable, understands and translates moderately complex system changes on operational/technical functions to promote effective integration and/or replacement of developing technological infrastructure and related platforms.


* Able to develop effective test plans to ensure potential change(s) do not result in any internal or external customer issues.


* Identifies strengths/weakness in existing business processing platforms and associated application systems and as needed, develops viable solutions to meet Business Operations’ needs.
