Your Role: Technical Manager

To lead all technical service activities (swine, poultry, ruminant), Develop and provide the technical services to customers, contributing to increasing awareness and promoting sales.

Your Responsibilities:


* Support in handling animal health issues on farms (swine, poultry, cattle).

Conduct an overall farm assessment, develop handling procedures, and evaluate effectiveness.


* Deliver key presentations at technical and product seminars to provide the best value to customers.


* Collaborate with universities and laboratories to bring updates and solutions to emerging issues in the livestock industry.


* Work with the marketing team (MKT) to launch and introduce new products to customers.


* Work with Product Manager and Sales Managers to align with marketing & technical strategies for each product


* Coordinate with the sales team to engage with large farm systems, expand the customer base, and promote diverse product usage.


* Work with the team to implement and optimize Elanco’s technical services in diagnostics and application of results, enhancing customer adoption of technical solutions.


* Provide guidance for product efficacy trials, including protocol development, trial monitoring, and report writing, covering both existing and new products.


* Guide and support team members’ professional development.


* Ensuring that I and my subordinates comply with company rules and regulations, including Ethics & Compliance, as well as external laws and regulations.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Graduated from university in veterinary medicine


* Master's degree in veterinary medicine


* Proficient in English (both written and spoken)


* At least 9 years of experience in laboratory management and farm animal health consulting (swine, poultry, ruminant)

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* At least 1 year of experience as a technical manager of a breeding farm


* At least 5 years of experience as a senior technician for swine, poultry and ruminant in AH company...
