Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our PMO team.

The Technical Project Manager has responsibility of managing one or more medium to high complexity technical projects at a time.

In this role, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for the success of the project.

They will lead discussions with the project team to identify tasks, dates, and dependencies required to complete the project according to the acceptance criteria of done, as agreed to by the executive sponsor(s).

They will facilitate scoping the project with executive sponsor(s), initiate planning, delivery, launch, post-launch support, and hold retrospectives for improvements to make for future projects.

The Technical Project Manager is both a company leader and a servant leader to the project team, actively and constantly identifying and removing impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies for a successful project outcome.

Regularly update stakeholders on project milestones, and provide status reports as required.


* Is forth-coming, direct, transparent, and holds the project team accountable.


* Makes all attempts to keep the project on budget, on scope, and on time. 


* Alerts leadership and the executive sponsor when the project is not consistent with the goals, bringing alternate solutions to the discussion.


* Negotiates trade-off discussions on schedule, scope, and budget as needed.
