(Remote) Application Consultant

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.

Travel is required as needed, approximately 25%.

Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.

This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Preference will be given to candidates who can work in CST timezone.

What your impact will be:


* Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting, and other implementation and/or support services for implementation customers on the inHANCE product line.

These services will include a combination of virtual and onsite methods.


* Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups.


* Respond to incoming implementation support calls and resolve issues accordingly.


* Develop a close working relationship with Project Coordinators and primary contacts at each client site to ensure that the site is prepared for implementation and training activities as well as to ensure material presented meets the specific needs of the client.


* Project coordination and management could be required on individual project basis.


* Develop good working relationship with staff in Professional Services, Customer Support and Development in order to trouble-shoot technical and functional questions that may arise during the implementation process.
