Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* As a Backend API developer, you'll be developing new functionality top enhance the performance of specialist referrals.


* API design, service development, systems integration, API testing

Qualifications

Required


* Java/Go/Rust, REST, GraphQL, Oauth, Git


* 3+ years of software engineering experience, including significant API/service development experience.


* Proven technical leadership (tech lead for a squad/service area; design ownership; mentoring).


* Strong knowledge of API design principles and patterns (REST maturity, versioning, contracts).


* Experience with at least one mainstream backend stack (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET, Node.js, Python) and microservices architecture.


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
