Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately


* Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition


* Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs


* Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies


* Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations


* Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications


* Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina


* Current CPR certification


* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements


* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing


* Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
