Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations


* Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications


* Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina


* Current CPR certification


* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements


* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
