Sr. Manager Wiser Sales

Scope of the Role


* Should have expertise in digital marketing & strong knowledge of end consumer business


* Responsible for creating strong ecosystem for wiser home automation sales in the region in strong collaboration with Retail and project pipe


* Mainly focus on Wiser sales expected to grow at min 2X growth quarter over quarter first 2 years


* They should ensure strong animation with Franchisee's to create pull in existing homes


* Create strong base with target personas: Electrician, Home Builders and Interior designers.


* Manger should be very supportive for team by giving proper guideline about day to day activities / business strategy and assist with any issues the team members may have


* Manager should ensure that all team members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve organization GOAL

* Support accelerated profitable growth in targeted verticals


* Contribute to the India 2025 Wiser Sales Strategy

Reporting Structure


* This position reports int the Wiser Sales Head - H&D.

This is an IC Role

Job Related Experience



* Required: Candidates with similar industry with retail/ project sales experience would be a plus


* Knowledge and exposure to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, Electrical Industries is Ideal

Business Understanding



* Strong analytical capabilities.


* Strong ability to visualize, identify & formulate scenarios


* Should be able to identify with stakeholders (internal & external)


* Understanding of market dynamics

* Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills


* Ability to excel in a transversal role
