Machining Blade Manufacturing - Metal Worker 1st shift

We're looking for a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of critical aerospace components.

In this hands-on role, you'll use tools, fixtures, and equipment to blend, modify, and prepare parts to precise specifications while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shift: Sunday-Saturday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs)
Sign-On Bonus: $500

What You'll Do:



* Blend, polish, and modify metal parts to required specifications


* Set up and use tools, fixtures, and production equipment


* Mix and prepare production materials as required


* Follow production instructions and quality requirements to ensure parts meet specifications


* Maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the work area


* Utilize hand tools and equipment to support repair and manufacturing operations


* Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives


* Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:



* High school diploma or GED preferred


* Metalworking or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required


* Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions


* Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and production equipment


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


* Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn


* Able to work independently and as part of a team
