What you will do

This position is based in Summit, NJ.

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Deployment Director, SH&B to support our Skin Health and Beauty segment.

This role will serve as a crucial partner to the leadership team, driving key initiatives, managing meeting governance, and ensuring alignment across global and regional priorities.

The role will help drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, executive governance, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in strategy deployment, marketing, communications, and program leadership, with exceptional executive presence and influence.

Key Responsibilities:


* Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to deploy and execute strategic priorities.


* Translate enterprise objectives into actionable operating plans and measurable outcomes.


* Monitor progress against key initiatives and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.


* Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, synthesis of insights, and strategic recommendations.


* Function as an advisor to the Managing Director, helping to shape business priorities, facilitate executive decision-making, and drive organizational alignment.


* Prepare leadership materials, executive communications, presentations, and decision frameworks.


* Ensure follow-through and accountability across the leadership team.


* Coordinate cross-functional activities to support alignment and efficient execution.


* Drive operating rhythm and governance processes to improve transparency, decision-making, and execution.
