Hemet Hills Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Pay Range: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities


* Implement individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist


* Assist patients in achieving their highest level of functional mobility and independence


* Identify and communicate barriers to patient progress


* Accurately document treatments, patient responses, and progress


* Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary rehab team


* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards


* Provide exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation preferred


* Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
