Position Overview

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts based on facility needs.

Schedule Requirements


* Part-Time PM / NOC

Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.


* Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation and medical records.


* Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.


* Communicate changes in resident status to the nursing and healthcare team.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.


* Support quality care initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications


* Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.


* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required.
