❀️ Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

🧠 Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.

πŸ₯„ Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.

🀝 Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

πŸ“ Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

🌟 Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals.

πŸŽ“ What You'll Bring

βœ”οΈ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

βœ”οΈ Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license

βœ”οΈ CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)

βœ”οΈ Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plusβ€”but not required!

βœ”οΈ A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
